Tommie Gannert	58233c790a	Split SSO into OAuth2 and OIDC. Add OIDC discovery. GitHub implements OAuth2, but not OpenID Connect. Tommie Gannert	c3f7945284	Add SSO UserAPI endpoints. This is mostly copied from the ThirdPID, but with a primary key that matches OpenID Connect nomenclature.
