Add tenant-id to all docs and cross-tenant queries (#14)
* Add tenant-id to all docs and cross-tenant queries

* Use TenantName in doc ids too

* Space

* - Rename variables and ensure code compiles

* - Fix error handling for GroupBy query

* - Fix typo
